Delete your account
You can delete your account and data at any time. Here's how, and what happens.
Delete your account in the app
- Open First Saff and sign in.
- Go to You → Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account to confirm.
It happens straight away and can't be undone.
What is deleted
- Your profile and photo
- Saved masjids, follows and alerts
- Your reviews, votes and RSVPs
- Manager access and claims
- Your settings, sign-in and device tokens
What stays
- Masjids, photos and edits you added stay on the map, without your name, so masjid pages remain accurate.
- Prayer reminders already set on your phone stay until you turn them off or remove the app.
Can't open the app?
Email hello@firstsaff.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
